Wire mesh tray fixing clamp GRKHV - Did you know that...

... the GRKHV wire mesh tray mounting clamp offers extensive options for realizing various cable routing options in addition to combining horizontal and vertical clamp fasting?

Clamp fasting to steel beams is an efficient solution for using the existing "infrastructure" without having to carry out additional load-bearing installations on the ceiling or wall. This type of fastening is particularly suitable for fastening wire mesh trays, which are lightweight compared to other cable laying systems. Depending on the fixing direction, different types of fixing clamps had to be used.

For greater flexibility, the functionality of horizontal and vertical installation has been combined in the GRKHV mounting clamp and also expanded to include a variety of cable routing options. The GRKHV also stands out from its predecessor models thanks to its one-piece construction (excluding screws) without welding.

This means that we can also offer the fixing clamp in the "S" version, as additional galvanizing is often not required for indoor use. This gives our customers a better choice for the requirements of their projects and another option in our selection of more environmentally friendly products.

With this universally applicable and flexible patented development, the Niedax Group has secured a unique selling point.

For horizontal installation, wire mesh trays can be securely connected to the GRKHV fixing clamp using alternating hook head bolts.

An additional suspension for attaching further wire mesh trays is possible using a threaded rod at the top. A spacing cleat can also be attached to the end face.

For vertical installation, the mounting options on the GRKHV allow up to four yoke clamps to be installed in register. The GRKHV thus provides the basis for the fastening and strain relief of cables.

Recesses in the legs of the clamp allow conduit systems for cable management up to 30 mm in diameter.

This applies to both horizontal and vertical installation.
